PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

The Client must pay 100% of the reservation amount in advance.

We accept prepayment by debit or credit card and secure link.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
The Client must pay 50% of the total amount if he cancels less than 7 days before the arrival date.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours after booking.
Refunds, in case of cancellation, may take up to 10 days to appear in the Customer's account.

There is no refund if the Client withdraws before the end of the stay.
Persons not considered in the reservation cannot stay in the apartments. The client is responsible for all damages caused to the apartment and undertakes to pay for it.
By booking, the Client accepts these conditions.
